Before you get in touch
How long is a typical engagement?
Most start with a two-to-four week audit, then a scoped redesign. We deliberately avoid open-ended, year-long programmes — you should see a decision-ready answer within weeks, not quarters.
Do you sell or resell software?
No. We don't sell licences and we don't take referral fees. The recommendation we make is the one we would make for our own operation, so our advice stays independent of any vendor.
Do we need clean, perfect data to start?
No. We work with the exports you already have from your WMS or ERP. Part of the early work is making sense of imperfect data and telling you which gaps actually matter for the decision.
Will this disrupt live operations?
We design around your live operation. Changes are modelled and staged so they can be rolled out during normal running, and we plan the sequence so throughput is protected while the layout or slotting changes land.
What size of warehouse do you work with?
From single sites of a few thousand square metres up to large multi-zone distribution centres. The method scales — what changes is the depth of the data and the number of zones we model.
What do we get at the end?
A quantified baseline, a redesign with the expected effect, and the measures and playbook to sustain it. Everything is auditable, so your team and your finance function can both stand behind the numbers.
